Compared to YouTube and its ilk, Vimeo really stands out with its own interface and user experience. Their attention to the little details really do add up. Not to be a cheesy self-promoter type of guy, but if you're interested in Vimeo, I did an interview with Blake last year. I had a lot of fun preparing it with him. I agree, Blake and the Vimeo team have done a tremendous job in developing a community whose members value their approach to design and functionality.
