Air Miles has launched their new Rewards catalog online. This is the first, of many projects we’ve been working with Air Miles on, to launch. It is a top to bottom overhaul of the catalog and check out process. It includes some new features for Collectors like Cash and Miles purchase options and cash only for certain accessories.

Wow, did they ever butcher the design with ad space. The original case study stuff is nicely laid out.
I was attempting to look at the catalogue as I have points to redeem…what an exercise in futility & frustration!
Ruth – I’m sorry you found it a bad experience. What was so frustrating? Anything you can tell us would be helpful.
Ruth your’e right! How frustrating!! I just want to look at a catalogue and spend my points but I can’t find the bloody catalogue (after looking on-line for 1/2 hour I gave up!!!!) Someone – make it easier!!!!!!! Please.
