Sr. Digital Experience Planner

We are looking for a Digital Experience Planner who will work with Partners and teams to provide:

  • lnsight discovery
  • Digital strategy
  • Trend analysis
  • Success metrics

This position is responsible for the planning of both digital platforms and digital programs. They will play an active role as a subject matter expert and develop company-wide perspectives on user trends, the use of emerging media, social media and new digital services.



Responsibilities:

  • Define recommended approach and execution of strategy and strategic planning projects for clients
  • Contribute to collective strategy and planning practices
  • Identify marketing problems, perform research, and analyze trends/results to determine strategic implications
  • Develop creative briefs that inspire our people
  • Responsible for developing and implementing internal/external engagement models and processes around strategic planning
  • Collaborate on proposals and pitches
  • Develop ideas and connections that can be brought to clients that show an understanding of the digital channel and its users
  • Stay current on heuristics, best practices, users insights, digital trends and amazing digital experiences
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for client growth



Requirements/Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of digital experience (planning or strategy experience preferred)
  • Passionate about digital
  • Strong understanding of integrated advertising
  • Strong understanding of brands and branding as a discipline
  • Experience working collaboratively with other agencies and clients
  • Very self motivated
  • Likes to work with a small team nimbly and rapidly
