We’re all about making epic sh*t.

T+L Careers

Everyone that works here has a desire to create amazing user experiences. Being great at what you do is the cost of entry at Teehan+Lax, what tends to get people hired is fit. When talented people fit well together they produce some pretty impressive stuff. We always strive to put the right people with the right skills on the right projects. There are no pitch teams, no “B” teams. Everyone here works directly with our clients, so if a client has a question that relates to the design they’ll speak to the designer that worked on it. It’s fun, as it should be. We spend so much of our life working that we’d best enjoy it.

Our Stories

Read about our proudest moments

Winning Gold at the National Advertising Awards and getting to travel to Cannes was awesome. Laurel and I had a great time.”

Chris Tanner Designer

There are a ton of projects I'm proud of, but I'm really proud about playing a part in building out an awesome development team and making development a key part of our offering. Helping shape the company is immensely rewarding.”

Chris Erwin Developer

Building an API for Bell. We’re doing this, not because the client asked for it, but because it makes our work better and easier to implement.”

Stephanie Emila Developer

Building a giant one of a kind installation piece measuring over ten feet tall and eight feet wide for Google was amazing. Oh and it needed to hold 2000 pins and KMs of string.”

Jason Holland Designer

I had some health problems, and to have the company support me through that tough time went far above and beyond what I would have expected. Most other companies would have "cut their losses", but Teehan+Lax looked at more than just the bottom line. It's amazing to see a company that lives up to its values. T+L exceeds them.”
